Andrean High School offers an exemplary Catholic school education at our 45-acre, park-like campus in Merrillville, Indiana. We guide each of our nearly 600 students in achieving moral and academic excellence and offer a demanding curriculum as well as a variety of sports and extracurricular activities. Associated with the Diocese of Gary, our school motto is "Magister Meus Christus" (Christ is my teacher).
Congratulations to all of Andrean's Academic Teams! Andrean is the only high school in Indiana (public or private) to qualify all of its academic teams for State Finals competition in 2011-2012. (Spell Bowl, Academic Decathlon, Quiz Bowl, and Academic Super Bowl).
Andrean is one of two teams in the state, Martinsville High School is the other, to qualify all of its academic teams in state final events sponsored by the Indiana Association of School Principals (IASP); this includes Spell Bowl, Decathlon, and Super Bowl.
Quiz Bowl is sponsored by an organization independent of IASP.
